Triple up on L-Arginine; take 3-1000mg tabs. One in the am, one at lunch and one at night. If you want, you can take 2 about an hour before sex.

Look into L-Citrulline, it's superior to any free form of L-Arginine and is found in watermelon.

Throw in Longjack and Yohimbe and you'll be set.

There's no side with anything you listed.

Learn to flex your kegel muscles. you'll develop the hardest hard ons and be able to last a lot longer.
