Can someone email me a copy of the book? I'm too broke to buy it because I live at home and spend all my money to look alpha as fukk for all the bishes I smash as a high school junior. I know Brandon says to squat, bench, and deadlift, but how does he set it up?
I've tried Madcow 5x5, 531, Sheiko, Smolov, Juggernaut, and Starting Strength all last month without making serious gains.
Can I dirty bulk while on Cube? I only want to do it for a month or two before I start my summer cutter.
not srs
bertstare.jpg to all those that will be posting the variations of the above in the months to come instead of just spending $27 and buying the damn book.

I will say this about the book: It's very similar to what Westside has been doing for awhile now. Before AJ left, he and Hoff were in the shirt one week and doing raw work the next two weeks. A lot of raw work for their squats and deadlifts as well. I doubt I will ever be at the level they were at, but really think the principles can help me take my own lifting to accomplish the goals I have set. If something similar is good enough for those two, it's certainly worth at least giving it a legitimate shot for awhile.

Well, just got done reading the Cube for Strongman by Thigpen and have to say he's a much better author then Brandon. I'm not familiar with any kind of traditional Strongman training but this seems rather logical to be a very good method for strongman training and like his sample training as it is designed to bring up a lot of conditioning. There's also a more positive vibe about this one. Brandon just seemed way to negative through out his book. Also, the strongman book seems to have been researched a bit more and also provides some nice references to read up on. I also liked the little section on the end about mental toughness vs. Brandon's rant about him being Alpha.
