My name is Kam (pronounce as Cam) and I come from a small country located in between of Singapore and Thailand called Malaysia. I'm a certified Personal trainer working in my own a Personal training studio (https://www.********.com/PhysiqueForYou) and I'm the founder of Physique meal (http://physiquemeal.blogspot.com/). Physique Meal was established to help fitness and bodybuilding athletes in Malaysia to consume delicious food that fits their macros.

I have been living and working in Australia since 2010 but now I'm back to my country (Malaysia) for good. Malaysia only has 1 bodybuilding circuit that is MBBF (Malaysia Body Building Circuit). I will compete in several show here in Malaysia before planning to compete in INBA/WNBF or Musclemania in near future.
I'm 9 weeks away from my first show of the year of 2013. This year my training and nutrition program was design by a Switz coach who is based in Thailand.
I frequently fly to Bangkok to train and discuss about my program since May 2013. I know I'll transform my physique to another level as I have seen many of his his clients.
Training:
During the off season my training was based on Pyramid and double set program and currently my training is still as heavy as the off season added with a drop set program. My training partner in Malaysia was twice former Overall champion for local contest and also training under the same coach.
Nutrition:
Several weeks ago I started my diet at 3200cal and I drop 10% my calories every 2 week.

4 tbls of Coconut oil
