My bench has been so hit or miss lately today felt awesome! I was surprised I was able to get a PR with all the volume before I hit it. Sweetness!

How high are your refeeds and I am guessing starting at 1x a week currently? not too bad for a little bump, some people hold water a lot worse than others, and you are starting pretty lean after seeing the posing video. Keep grinding!

Yep, refeeds are 200-220g carbs 1x/ week. Berto and Melissa say I am lucky because of my fat placement, tiny waist FTW!
