I forgot to post yesterday that I did cardio after my workout, my weekly cardio days are usually Thursday, Sunday, Tuesday this week it is still Thursday, Sunday, Tuesday but I did the cardio I would have done Sunday today since we will be out of town... confusing I know but basically my cardio today will go towards next weeks total.

2/20/13- Wednesday
Weight:133.2 (been between 133 and 133.2 for a week now minus the couple days I was up from high carb day... hoping for a drop tomorrow!)

Any chance you can take an RDL video? Is like to see how you do them. I often question myself on those.

On the scale, I do struggle with it too, but I learned my real struggle was when I felt like Sh*t. It took me ages to realize that even when the scale said .5 down, I would still have a bad mind fuk day when I felt bloaty etc. So maybe there's a connection for you with something and the scale. I know if I didn't fit my clothes, and the scale went up, well, life's over haha. But, sometimes just the feeling of being bigger was what it was, and once I could make that distinction, the scale held less of a pull on my mind and emotions.
watching the v-log now, but the scale can be a REAL mind phuck when you're dieting... you're def. leaner, regardless of what the scale said, there's good separation showing in your quads, and your back/chest are getting very defined!

lol Eric don't you remember these feels? The scale not moving or moving up is the biggest mind fck ever. You KNOW full well that it doesn't tell the whole story but you simply can't ignore the results. The mind is a magical thing hahaha.

I just need to learn to focus more on the mirror, and not get so upset about the scale... I am trying!

You are looking awesome! Bicep vein too! Legs are leaner for sure. Sodium is huge for me. Most of my food during the week is pretty stable. I eat out once on the weekend (that will stop at 8 weeks out) and Monday morning is always 1-2lb heavier, but it goes away the next day.
