Just got a lever belt from UGE.com......................should I break my belt in? A youtuber named "omarsluf" said to break in to your powerlifting belt by rolling it up continuously for two days straight. Just wondering if this is a wise thing to do? also....where should the belt be placed? on the hips or just above the hips?
PLEASE HELP!

Best way to break in a belt is to just wear it. It will be uncomfortable at first but both you and the belt will break in together. This will also allow the belt to form to your body better and not break down the integrity of the rest of the belt.
