If you did some research you would find that there are more car related deaths than there are with firearms. The end result is the same, death.
So using your reasoning, we should ban cars.
Or maybe we shoudl be more vigilant with who buys firearms, just like we are more vigilant on who drives a ca.....
Oh yea. That's right. We do regulate who can drive a car. And we still have car accidents with people who don't have a license, insurance, and don't have the legal right to be in this country."Don't be envious when the grass is greener on the other side because you don't know how much crap it took to fertilize that ground.

Well. The US healthcare system needs to FIX the problem, not just medicate it until their death.
That is one problem with the healthcare here. It relies a lot on profits. So if you are actually healing people of their sickness, then there is no profit. So it makes sense to keep medicating them with pills.
But it could be anything here. Maybe the criminals got dumped by their GF, lost their job, or lost a Halo match."Don't be envious when the grass is greener on the other side because you don't know how much crap it took to fertilize that ground.

Your analogy is off. A more relevant version would describe hostile nations having access to nuclear weapons illegally, and bans them in calm/defensive nations. Yes, it would make sense to let the other nations have access to weapons to defend themselves against the hostile nations.. You can't expect people to react rationally, but you can expect people to defend themselves against you if you decide to attack. Know of many shootings at shooting ranges? Didn't think so. Analogy backfire lol.
