    Whey shake, with water or milk post-workout?

    I have read that if you drink whey with milk post-workout the protein is absorbed slowly but I have also read that whey with milk enhances muscle protein synthesis. I am pretty confused, I would like to know you guys opinions.

    Whey is already in milk. All protein helps with muscle protein synthesis. A glass or two of milk after a workout within a couple of hours will suffice. Drink up
