Hey there, I need someone to train with that is pretty serious.
I usually work out Mon, Tue, Thur and Fri during the day. Pretty typical 4 day split: Chest-Bis, Back, Shoulders-Tris, Legs.
Don't care if you are Male or Female as long as you can lift some weight. I'm married so not into anything sexual.
I go to Golds Gym on Baseline/Gilbert rd's in Gilbert.
