    Smile First time bulk, 3400-3500 cal, need help on diet

    Hey, first time im bulking and counting cals for serious, this is what i have this far. Trying for 3 meals a day, and 1 pre workout meal

    Height : 6'1
    Weight: 167
    age : 16
    sex: male

    Meal 1

    Tuna 100g
    Oat meal 200g
    milk 1,5% fat
    whey protein 1 scoop
    apple
    strawberry jam ( with oat meal) 100g

    Meal 2 Pre workout

    Whey protein 1 scoop
    banana
    milk
    ____________________________
    Meal 3 Post workout

    Oat meal 100g
    Tuna
    Milk 1,5% fat
    strawberry jam 100g
    banana
    apple

    Oatmeal 200g
    milk 1,5% fat
    whey protein 1 scoop

    Please help me make it as perfect as possible.

    Too much Tuna IMO, mercury poisoning? :/

    I would suggest some chicken breasts and broccoli or something like that.

    unless you want alot of fat gain decrease carbs..to id say around 380-400
