Hey, first time im bulking and counting cals for serious, this is what i have this far. Trying for 3 meals a day, and 1 pre workout meal

age : 16

milk 1,5% fat
whey protein 1 scoop

strawberry jam ( with oat meal) 100g

Tuna
Milk 1,5% fat

Carbs: 545
Please help me make it as perfect as possible.
