Almost two years progress..

I have my pictures from before (January 2011) and after (recently). At some months I stopped working out though, so its not contentious, but I've been working out for the past 4 months continuously, 5 days/week. Please give me some advise. By the way I have a set up at home and do all my workouts at home.
