So, I've always powerlifted my entire weightlifting career, but I wanted to start getting in Olympic lifting, so I started doing power cleans about 3 months ago.
Right now, I can full clean about 315, but my real problem is on the jerk. I used to be able to OHP 225, so I could jerk like 275, but now, I can only OHP 185 and jerk MAYBE 250 (haven't tried).
What are some ways, besides obviously practicing, that I can improve my jerks? Any specific exercises?

Form no doubt, if you've never had a coach your form could probably improve. Give us a form video.1 In the fire he stood, his hands upon the iron.
