Sup brahs?
After BSing with Billy over ********, we decided it would be fun to start a joint log! Just like Brett and Paul's, except both people will post in it. Anyways, both of us are coached by Team 3DMJ, both of us are fans of getting shredded while eating whatever fits our macros, and both of us bring the food porn. So needless to say this should be fun!
I'll fill you in on my background and Billy will follow suit:
I busted my competitive cherry at the 2010 Musclemania FL Championships and the NGA Florida Championships, placing 2nd and 5th respectively in the Novice divisions. I completely blew my reverse diet and got real fat, real quick in the proceeding months. You know those horror stories you hear about guys eating themselves into off season shape in a matter of weeks? Yeah - It's no joke! Anyways, after two (yes, two) real bad streaks of binge eating, I find myself at a soft but strong 215lbs.
I currently find myself attempting to de-fluff (~200lbs) a little before I spend around 9 months gaining some lean mass before starting my prep in May of 2012.
Physique wise I want to improve a litany of areas, including but not limited to: Delts, chest, lat width and thickness, quad sweep, and glute mass (Yes, I said it.). If my chest pressing strength can come up I'd love to give raw powerlifting a try at some point.
Your turn Billy!

So my gf's dad is a graphic designer and I am thinking about having shirts made up. I want the front to say IIFYM Crew U mad?? Then the back will say something like : I clearly don't take bodybuilding seriously.
Let me know what ya'll think and if any of you are interested. I'd need to find out the details, but I know there would have to be an order minimum, so I would need enough peeps willing to buy shirts*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

A little bit of info on my current training approach:
I use a three day split. 2 on, 1 off, 1 on, 3 off. I base my three training days around the core movements: Squat, Bench and Deadlift. In all fairness the days could easily just be labeled Legs / Push / Pull. As far as rep ranges and volume goes, I've been going by instinct the past few weeks. I like to lift heavy but I rarely go to complete failure. My current 1RMs at this bodyweight are 445 squat / 515 deadlift / 225 bench (I know...)
My current macros are 200/295/45 on regular days and 180/465/60 on refeeds. I supplement with a multi, fish oil, and Vitamin D3. As far as cardio goes, I do two 500cal sessions per week in addition to two 60min LISS sessions. I try to stay active outside the gym as I enjoy golfing, bowling, and bike riding."Nutrition for powerlifting: If you are serious about it, you will eat f*cking everything and get strong as $hit." - HamburgerTrain
