    Thanks for subscribing bro! Glad you like the meals too :-) Steak, veggies, and instead of potatoes I substituted some baked curly fries. They're a little bit higher in fat, but the carbs are about the same.

    Awesome leg workout today! Back squatted 2 sets of 240lbs for 15 reps which is a 15 rep pr for me. Also did some leg presses, sldl's, split squats, leg curls, leg ext, and calfs. Feels good to be over this cold and hitting it hard in the gym without feeling like dying while working out. 7 weeks out this Saturday crunch time is here.

    Thanks man. It's a good feeling when you can keep your strength up through contest prep. I just adjusted my macros today because I'm down 163lbs(-12) and need to readjust things. I'm going to start hitting 2250 cals with 196carbs/225protein/62fat (35%/40%/25%)daily with one refeed at 2550cals 286carbs/223protein/56fat (45%/35%/20%).

    Worked out back today. Did horizontal pulls in hypertrophy rep range so tbar rows, cable rows, dumbbell rows, and the hammer strength row machine. Also did some biceps today. I've still got soreness from my last two workouts so I can tell my workouts have been more intense as I'm now fully recovered from that nasty cold. Picked my music for posing routine today too. I'm going to use a track off the captain America soundtrack. The music has some good peaks and valleys along with a few tempo changes. Should be good to make a routine around.

    162lbs(-13) this morning weight is still coming off, and I'm looking leaner and my strength is still up. Did hyper legs today 12 reps on all my leg exercises. Squats, Leg Presses, Sldl's, Leg Curls, Leg Ext, and Calf raises. Here's a vid of my 275 squat. Depth isn't as good as I'd like. I can't atg though because of my scoliosis when I get really deep I can't keep a neutral spine. Knees also come in a few times. Form was far from perfect, but it was my last set so I was exhausted.

    Up a few pounds today after 164(-11) I had a refeed day yesterday. My muscles were full and I got great pump today during my workout. I did vertical presses today so barbell shoulder presses, dumbbell and cable shoulder presses, and behind the neck presses. Also, did some bent raises, and rhomboid shrugs today. Getting closer by the day to getting on stage. 6 weeks out from this Saturday.

    Weight is back down to 163(-12) this morning. My hypertrophy vertical pull (back) workout went great today. I did weighted pull ups and chin ups, lat pull downs, close grip pull downs, straight arm pull downs, and some bicep work. I snapped a picture of my back post workout and got a video of my pull ups with the weight vest.

    I had a great hypertrophy chest and tricep workout and cardio session today. Weight is also back down to 162(-13). I'm 6 weeks out from tomorrow and I'm starting to get anxious/excited for competing.

    Still at 162lbs (-13) this morning. I may drop calories a bit after this week I think I may need to be slightly more in a caloric deficit. I worked heavy vertical presses today. I did smith machine behind the neck presses, dumbbell shoulder presses, and cable shoulder presses. I also did some rhomboid, rear delt, and trap exercises. Here's a quick video of my last set of shoulder presses at 75lbs.

    Thanks bro! Yeah I feel the same way about my weight. Especially since I weighed around this much my freshman/sophomore year of college but didnt have the same look. It's amazing how big of a factor body composition plays.

    Heavy vertical pulls today so close grip lat pull downs, lat pull downs, reverse grip lat pull downs, weighted chin ups, straight arm pull downs, and biceps. I did cardio today out at the nature preserve and took some photos.
