    Work Out Rotation / How Often?

    I have been doing the same routine for a while now.

    Monday = chest / triceps / abs
    Tuesday = legs
    Wednesday = biceps / back / abs
    Thursday = Shoulders / obliques
    Friday = 2 hour cardio (running or skating)

    Now based on this above, how often should I mix up the routine? Can I mix / match exercises like chest & biceps or is that counter productive? I just don't want to platueue or limit my performance / growth.

    Thanks for any info!

    Don't make changes just for changes' sake. If what you're doing is moving you towards whatever your goal might be, don't mess with it until it no longer does so.

    If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
