Intermittent fasting - lose fat and gain muscle on a bulk?

Just curious if its possible to lose fat and gain muscle whilst bulking on intermittent fasting.

I'm training x3 a week and eat at a 200 caloric surplus on both working and resting days. I'm also around 13-15%bf weighing 145lbs
    My eating window is 5-6hours
    Thanks!

Intermittent fasting simply helps abate hungry in some folks and thus it's helpful for that population when cutting. That's about it.

At the end of the day your calories consumed are calories consumed.
Your body doesn't hit "reset" at midnight or care what time you ate.

Is it possible, maybe, if you're a beginner. The realistic answer would be, don't expect to lose fat while bulking.

    I see...

I ask this because last week I was eating at 300 caloric surplus and gained 2.2lbs and you can only gain roughly 0.5lbs of muscle per week. So I decided to decrease my caloric surplus to 200 instead and I just measured my self now and I've lost weight haha (around 0.66 pounds haha)

Sounds like normal weight fluctuations. Things like water consumption, sodium intake, how much food is in your gut etc. can and will affect day to day or even week to week weigh ins. The trend is what's important, not the number on the scale.
The general recommendation here is if weight is trending in the wrong direction for 2-3 weeks straight, that's when to make a call whether or not to adjust diet.
