    Biltong vs Beef Jerky?

So, I'm back into body building again because I'm sick and tired of being flabby. Let myself go and don't want to wait until 2013 to get my **** together. Anyway, I'm curious to know if any of you eat biltong or beef jerky for protein? I heard that biltong is a natural form of creatine.

Anyway, which one do you guys prefer, biltong or jerky? and why?

FYI: Both biltong and jerky are prepared using various meats and poultry, so you're not talking about a specific single ingredient food but, rather, a type of food. Thus, nutritional content and, especially taste, will vary considerably.
