hey everbody.
This is a pretty serious thread.
me and a friend of mine are both 16,we study go out and live pretty normal lifestyles
the only problem is
we have never had a girlfriend
not even kissed a girl.
im starting to feel worse and worse about it
its the reason why i started lifting
and i don't know if it will help.
anyway any tips from all you alpha male super ripped guys out there?

i found the best way to kiss a girl is to go to the Christmas events late at night they usually put mistletoe up or something and stand in the most concentrated girl area worked a few years ago, perfect time of year for this too.

There's nothing to worry about. Didn't kiss a girl til I was 17. You aren't abnormal brah. Some people live different lifestyles and girls aren't a priority all the time. Just let it happen so you can truly enjoy it when it does. Focus on school and yourself. Lift because it makes you feel better about yourself, not so a girl will "accept" you. Practice kissing the back of your hand, when you feel like you're getting better close your fist and slowly start inserting your tounge.. don't ram it in there because that can be surprising and maybe not wanted. Once you've mastered that you can slowly start to insert fingers.. maybe three at the most. If you break the fist then you just got greedy and you have to start again.
