Best creation to date, very simple and easy and took a few minutes to prepare. Overall the cinnamon sugar coating and the vanilla protein pudding swirled onto the rolls made them perfect. Popped in the freezer for 15 minutes to harden them a touch and came out perfect!

    1. Rolls
    2. Oatmeal
    3. Sludge

    Recipe

    60g Flour/Pancake Mix (Complete)
    20g Cinnamon Swirl Whey
    3g Splenda
    Baking Powder (5g)
    8g SF/FF Pudding Mix (Vanilla)
1 White (Stiffen this in a separate bowl by itself and fold into the mixture)
    Water to batter consistency

    Combine all Dry
Then add in the Whipped Egg White and water, and MIX
Use small coffee mugs and make sure you coat them in cooking spray and evenly seperate batter to make as many cinnamon rolls as possible

Let them cool on a plate and cut in half to make mini-rolls or bigger rolls leave as is

Make protein pudding in a bowl (i used Greek Yogurt + Vanilla Whey) and then put into a ziploc bag and cut off the end and swirl around the finished product

    Mixibility

    No Problems

Very very very very tempted to stray from my diet, lol. I just love cinnamons

Sir. The recipe is around 400 calories, I find it very hard you cant find a small 400 calorie meal that you just quoted above into your daily diet on the norm?

I agree, but some people on here wont give this a shot because they are so prone to some companies and their protein products. But honestly this is why i like to try new products and see just how they stack up.

Dont get me wrong This is good stuff, but its nearly impossible to beat Dave and XF 2.0 for flavoring. Cellucor did a damn good job.

    What?
dude if you eat 400 kcals in a recipe you plan out and track how is it going to be detremental? Total calories is the key factor here.
You can still have your sweets and bake your less caloric desserts and fit them into your calories assuming your still hitting your calories/micro's/minimums and there will be 0 difference on bodycomp. People want to say i cant have X or Y, but in the fact that they eliminate something for too long it ends up being a double edge sword. You can have your cake and eat it too, make a protein cake!

    Cinnamon Swirl Microwave Cheesecake

    Ingredients:

170g Cream Cheese (7-8oz Cream Cheese)
    ½ Scoop Whey Protein
    8g SF/FF Pudding Mix
    Dash of Splenda (3-6g)
1 Egg White (Or Whole Egg)
    Dash of Milk
    Dash of Vanilla Extract
    50g Greek Yogurt

    Directions:

Beat Cream Cheese, Milk, Greek Yogurt and Vanilla with a small whisk until it becomes fluffy and starts to thicken.

Add in Dry Ingredients listed above to mixutre

Last add in egg (or egg white) and beat slowly to hold all the moisture inside the cake when microwaving to bind everything together and prevent air bubbles/cracking.

Transfer to a circular Tupperware container and microwave on medium power for 2-3 minutes until outsides start to harden and middle will bubble. (every microwave will differ)

Finished Cake will be slightly runny in middle but let it cool for a bit outside of microwave and then place in fridge overnight, it will harden up perfectly and be ready to eat.

Anytime i train with anyone off the boards (which is pretty often or any other board i post on which is quite a few (around 8-9 boards)) i always treat, but maybe well just split checks then. Always my treat for meeting up with my punk ass.

Look up Deluca's its on the strip. Hands down the best breakfast you will ever have. Sure we could try to replicate some of those pancakes they make that are famous, but man its honestly mindblowing how good this food is.

    Post workout approved.
