Does Cellucor not list the expiration date of their products? I just got a 4 lb tub of COR Whey and I can't find that information on it. So can anyone tell me where to obtain that information? If not, this is definitely my first and last purchase of a Cellucor product, regardless of how good the protein powder might taste.

Just looked on my tub of CCCD i am using ATM and it is right under the tub (on the bottom)
I will forward this to Cory and Adam to see if there is a better answer for you sir. I can assure you, if you just got the product it will be good until 2016 (2 years).

You could also forward your concern to our Customer Support team on our main website, (http://support.cellucor.com/home) and if you provide them information on your purchase they could assist you further as well.

I will get an answer for you immediately.
However it may be after the Christmas holiday weekend, since most of our staff is with their family and loved ones.

Have you tried checking the bottom of the Tub? inspected every inch?

We will take care of this, until then, have a Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas if you celebrate.

****, my bad. It is indeed listed on the bottom of the tub. I actually checked that earlier, as well, but I think because of the bad lighting that I had in the room I missed it completely. I apologize, guys, I wasn't meaning to rustle any jimmies. All is good, and if whey is good, as well, then I guess I will be buying it again Thanks again, and I appreciate the quick and honest responses from both of you.

By the way, the expiration date is 07/16 for the tub I got (I got it from a rival vendor to BB.com this time, so I'm not sure what batches the latter has). Given that I have a few other tubs I need to finish first, it will probably be at least half a year before I open it, though.

Nah, I'd like to keep it sealed as long as I can, because I have a lot of tubs open at the same time, so it takes me half a year to finish them off due to rotation, as well. I'm not in that much of a hurry to try how it tastes anyway. But looking forward to it nonetheless

    3g Baking Powder
    8g SF/FF Pudding Mix
    30g Cor Performance Whey (S’mores)

    Dash Vanilla Extract

    Topping/Filling:

    10g Cocoa Powder
    3g Splenda
    16g Cream Cheese (1 TableSpoon)

Cellucor Red Velvet Lava Oat Cake

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3VhoA7DFu4

    Recipe

    Dry:
30g Oatmeal (Grinded into a powder)
30g Complete pancake mix (Extra Fluffy)
20g Cor Performance Whey (Red Velvet)
    3g Splenda
    3g Baking Powder
    8g SF/FF Pudding Mix

    Wet:
    1 Egg White
    25g Greek Yogurt
    Dash Vanilla Extract
Water to form batter like consistency

    Topping/Filling:
10g Cor performance Whey (Red Velvet)
    140g Greek Yogurt

    Directions

    1. Combine all dry (Pancake Mix, Whey Protein, Baking Powder, Splenda, SF/FF Pudding Mix) in a mixing bowl. Use a Blender/magic Bullet to grind the oatmeal to a powder and add that in last.

    2. Mix an egg white, Greek yogurt, Vanilla Extract, and water to get a batter like consistency with your dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Combine and form a batter.

    3. Coat another mixing bowl with cooking spray and then transfer the batter you made mixing the wet and dry ingredients together. This will then be placed in the microwave on a medium power for 2 ½ - 3 minutes. A medium power will prevent drying the final product and allowing it to rise without blowing up.
    4. Pull out of microwave, use a fork to poke the edges and pop the product out of the bowl and allow to cool on a plate (by flipping it out of the plate)
    5. Mix remaining greek yogurt and 10g Cor performance Whey Protein powder to form a filling. Cut out the middle of the cake and then fill with the Yogurt/Whey combo to make a lava cake (it will start to run down the side of the cake).
    6. Enjoy!!

Thanks Bob! One quick question. If I wards to make this without the crushed up cereal bits in the dough, do I need to sub in more flour or will it bake fine without the cereal or additional flour?
