Hi,
I know 0.4g per lb is the usual minimum recommended fat intake, and I have no problem meeting that. However sometimes I get significantly over that and was wondering if there is a downside of eating too much fat.
For a 160lb male bulking at 3200 calories, is there any difference between these two scenarios:
1. Protein: 160g, Fat: 80g, Carbs: 460g = 3200 cals
2. Protein: 160g, Fat: 160g, Carbs: 280g = 3200 cals
Ques 1: In one diet better than the other?
Ques 2: Would it make a difference if one was cutting as opposed to bulking?
