Starting next week, I'll be working with Brandon Lilly over a ten week period using the Cube method. I'll do my best to keep my workout log up to date, and will try to answer any questions that you all might have.

Also in for the log.
It'd be like staying fat while running marathons because it's more impressive to finish a marathon when you're overweight. It might be impressive in the short run, but in the long run it just doesn't make any sense. ~breathinglife
