Buy a shít ton of nuts and make your own nut butters. Really fun and you have calories coming out your ears!

I, sadly, cannae stand milk, unless it's in cereal or a shake or has chocolate syrup in it.
Over here my fave is Oikos, and it's usually on sale. I'll take a pot, divide it in 2, put a scoop of whey in each. I should do that more often.
Oh, and my own protein bars. Damnit my brain is fried or something!

You'd shake your head at some of the prices.
I've been drinking a bunch of PB protein shakes to help save money and get enough calories.

Part of my problem, I think. If I really go balls2thewall with this, and buy that much meat, I'll be spending a crapton of money. The gf and her girls aren't going to change their diets any.
Though, I might be able to budget things in... This is going to take some thoughts...
I have a Costco card now, so that might help a bit.

I'm enjoying it, to be honest. I'm sure that I'm going to get beaten up soon, but I think I do well with volume.

He's got me doing
BW squat x 10 with a prayer stretch at the end (that's my addition, approved by Wade)
45 x 5 close stance
45 x 5 medium stance
45 x 5 comp stance
45 x 5 wide stance
Then has me go into the working sets. I am, by the time I'm into the comp stance, sweaty and warm. I'll probably have to start doing warm up sets like you do when my working sets get a bit higher.Proud member of Team Ogre

I'm beginning to think that maybe I should put in a set of like 95 x 5, then 135x3.
Haven't really brought it up with Wade, as my first squat session he wrote "do your prayer set, then as written", then went into the 205x6x2. I just figure that it's still light enough at 215x6x2 that after doing a close, then medium, then comp, then wide warmup I can jump right into it.
But I'm sticking to his plan and am not making any changes until they're discussed
