He is... The guy I got for my 8 set was all "I'm ok back here, I don't want my balls in your face." Like ... blech.
Poundstones are basically curls, but you grab an empty barbell and just do as many reps as you can in one set.
I really need to get my act together and start using an intra-workout shake. I'm 100% sure that it'll help, but I don't have the funds at the moment (200$ lifting shoes make a decent hole in the budget, y'know?).

But I'm not.
So I'm not gonna do 'em anymore.
