Some great squat PRs lately! Good u can get nice numbers on that wide stance, that never feels comfortable to me unless it's on box squats. Feels like it's so tough to get depth as u alluded to.
Did I see u mention short stroke Thought yours was a long one.Training log:

For me pausing is bad. I try my best to just crank them out. Do you not have the option or trying this in the power rack? It is a whole lot safer

Sleep water and nutrients, ugh. Takes 15 minutes to jack your body up in the gym but the rest of the day diligently recovering if you wanna get back at it tomorrow?
You gotta get so much sleep too, jeez. Once it was like 6 hours a night, maybe 3 if you partied a bit or stayed up looking droning on the internet. Then it's 8 hours. Then, if you don't go to bed before 10pm and wake up after 8am, you're gonna have a bad day.
Could wake up, get some food on the way to work, but no! Now you need your 900 friggin calorie breakfast with 35g protion. As if repeating that 2x more times wasn't bad enough, now you gotta have two snacks! And a protein shake! And whatever handful of pills you swallow that keeps getting larger each year as more gray hairs sprout on your face.
And if 14 waking hours wasn't enough time to prepare and consume your stupid amounts of food, make a living, have a moment of fun, and bend some iron, you also have to stretch, foam roll, and get confirmation from a bunch of internet weirdos if you're doing it right to avoid the toll of future injuries. Then there's digging for inspiration. Youtube, other people's logs, simply staring at some girls' butt too long on the train, yeah inspiration rite.
So congratulations. Out of your entire friend circle for the past 20 years, you're the highest maintenance of all of them. My grandmother with dementia and her strong sense of independence takes less effort to care for than you do.
Gratz on exemplifying commitment, or is it discipline? Both? Quite the achievement.

I just have to drink more water. Calm.
I just need to get to bed when I'm tired and not force myself to stay awake 3 days a week when I have to work. Calllm...
I just need to stop eating the crap that the kids eat as snacks, and make better decisions. Calm, again.
I'm not going to address this, because you're starting to be a bit silly.
And again, you're being silly.
Just on a final note? It's the internet. You can do what you'd like, troll where you want. Just keep in mind that it doesn't bother me in the least, and that you too are seeking validation/attention from "weirdos on the internet".
