    It's pretty good but it wasn't always..... I remember my very first WOD...

    21-15-9 reps, for time of:
    Left-arm Kettlebell snatch, 1.5 pood
    Right-arm Kettlebell snatch, 1.5 pood
    Pull-up
    I don't remember my time but the end result was not good! I think uneven had to scale it down to 25 or 35 lbs my buddies still ding let me live it down but i just ask them who won the wod

    Barbell bench press

    Negative 275x1

    Complete five rounds of:
    On the rings, lower from an inverted hang, slowly, with straight body and arms, 7 reps
    15 Ring Push-ups
    Move SLOWLY and methodically attempting perfect execution.

    These were really tough,the burn was felt very quickly! Ring push up were fine, slow with full ROM 15 at a time was no problem. It was s nice change of pace.

    how was filthy fifty? I did it about a year ago...I blasted my way through until I got to the double unders...those killed me- I still suck at em

    "Filthy Fifty"

    For time:23:10

    50 box-jumps @24",
    50 jumping pull ups,
    50 1-pood kettlebell swings,
    50 step walking lunge,
    50 knees to elbows,
    50 push-presses @45/30LBS,
    50 back extensions,
    50 wall-ball shots @20/14LBS,
    50 burpees,
    50 double-unders

    Well I didn't murder my previous time but it did improve. Not until after the wod did realize that i did 45 lb kettlebell swing when 1 pood is 35lbs. Oh well it felt good and I still improved my time! Burpees were murder!! I have muscles that are sore that have never been sore before from Thursdays workout on the rings.

    Endurance improvement is huge with crossfit. My buddy at the gym wass about 5'8" 240 lbs and has been doing crossfit for about 8 months. It was really rough for him at the beginning but now he can be up there at the top in just about about WOD. Of course he still dominates on any strength wod but even the cardio based WODs w is a contender, probably about 225 lbs now.

    150 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball


    I absolutely hate wall ball shots! Got through the first 50 with no problem but after that I was down to 10 and 5 at a time.


    Been eating better, i think I'm looking a little more solid I'm at 168 pounds so really no gain or loss but i think my body comp has changed a little for the better.

    "Lynne"

    Five rounds for max reps of:120 Reps
    Body weight bench press 170lbs
    Strict Pull-ups
    I took precisely 3 minutes between rounds


    15-13, 16-10, 11-10, 13-10, 12-10


    I last did this workout on 5/16/12, I weighed 165 lbs and did the workout with 165 lbs, and my score was 79 reps. WOW! Obviously I had a major improvement, my body weight today was 168 lbs so I rounded up to 170 lbs for this WOD. And people say Crossfitters can't do strict pull ups.

    It wasn't too taxing on the chest, afterwards I had a good burn but could have thrown in some more
