Squats are so good for body building it promotes the most testosterone output.
It is very hard type of workout. training of the lower body is a difficult training. requires alot of endurance.

Hi guys, joined the forum today and was wondering if you could answer a few of my questions.
I've been working out for around 3 months now but sadly still can not do a pull up. I'm on a push/pull routine and have noticed little gains.(maybe because of my diet?) Anyways I've tried to negatives but for some reason I just can't my keep legs still which makes it look really awkward. Ive tried crossing them but still does not help and keeps getting lunged forward. So any tips to improve on that?
Also would it be advisable to do abs exercises 3x a week at home but at night,1-2 hours before going to bed. I can only devote 1 hour of my time in the gym so doing abs there is kind of a problem.
Look forward to your responses. Thanks

Any help appreciated
Hey everyone sorry if im posting this in the wrong place or whatever. First off id like to say please disregard my picture that was hella long ago lol. Anyway i am 16 going on 17 and ive been lifting for about 2 years. i need some advice on what to do. At my starting point (my picture) i was about 5"11 145 pounds. However shredded i was i was so skinny so when i started bulking i told myself i wouldnt care about the fat but thats getting really annoying. As of now im 6"3 about 206 and in my opinion im still skinny!! I workout every other day on a push/pull/legs type thing, focusing mainly on the "pump" through drop sets and such which i feel its working for size. My diet (since im still in school and cant be picky) is an IIFYM diet. I still hit my macros everyday which is 4,200 calories on a 40/40/20 ratio. So my question here is what should i do?? Im glad im getting bigger but im gaining to much fat. Am i just at my muscle limit for my age and my bodys putting on fat?. I just need some advice on how i can gain alot more muscle mass and lose some bodyfat? Any help appreciated thanks
