If you're not hungry, are you cutting?

Might be a dumb question, but is it possible to lose weight if you aren't really hungry all the time? I've been using yohimbine hcl and moderate amounts of caffeine (~300-400mg) to stave off appetite during the day, then I have basically one meal. Today I had around ~1800 calories, 1500 of which was in one meal.

But I was not hungry all day, even though I ate once at 10am, then once at 6pm. Does this mean I'm not in a caloric deficit? Or are the appetite suppressing qualities of yohimbine and caffeine just that effective?

I was never hungry on my cut. But I ate high volume/low calorie foods, drank a ton of water, coffee, and green tea. I would eat iceberg lettuce with vinegar or hot sauce if I got a craving/hungry toward the end of the cut.

    Try yohimbine hcl.

0.2mg/kg per day, divided into 2-3 doses

It seems to kill my appetite and it doesn't make my heart uncomfortable like the EC stack does.

For me it is the exact opposite Yohimbe makes me feel like I'm having a heart attack.

Just goes to show how nobody is the same!

If you are counting accurately and you know for certain that your intake is less than your maintenance, then you are certainly cutting. I am cutting currently and am taking advantage of the appetite suppressant effects of ec. Not very hungry at all and am losing weight just fine.

If you're cutting you're cutting. Hunger is another thing. Some people might be hungry while bulking.

To be honest it depends. I guess your stomach adjusts in terms of how much food you are consuming. This may be broscience but if I eat a lot I can eat more and if I eat little then I can't eat as much etc. So a person who is used to eating smaller amounts of foods, and is cutting on 2000kcal might feel pretty full throughout his cut, whilst a person cutting on 2700kcal might be very hungry because he is used to eat bigger meals.

I don't have any backing on this, but it makes sense. Also phuckin dr.oz on opera mentioned it lol.

I find my appetite matches my intake, when I was eating 3000+ calories per day I was always hungry! Now I am cutting on 2100 calories per day I am fine.
