Might be a dumb question, but is it possible to lose weight if you aren't really hungry all the time? I've been using yohimbine hcl and moderate amounts of caffeine (~300-400mg) to stave off appetite during the day, then I have basically one meal. Today I had around ~1800 calories, 1500 of which was in one meal.
But I was not hungry all day, even though I ate once at 10am, then once at 6pm. Does this mean I'm not in a caloric deficit? Or are the appetite suppressing qualities of yohimbine and caffeine just that effective?

If you're not hungry, are you cutting?

I was never hungry on my cut. But I ate high volume/low calorie foods, drank a ton of water, coffee, and green tea. I would eat iceberg lettuce with vinegar or hot sauce if I got a craving/hungry toward the end of the cut.

To be honest it depends. I guess your stomach adjusts in terms of how much food you are consuming. This may be broscience but if I eat a lot I can eat more and if I eat little then I can't eat as much etc. So a person who is used to eating smaller amounts of foods, and is cutting on 2000kcal might feel pretty full throughout his cut, whilst a person cutting on 2700kcal might be very hungry because he is used to eat bigger meals.
I don't have any backing on this, but it makes sense. Also phuckin dr.oz on opera mentioned it lol.
