My simple 1 goal of 2013 didn't happen. I could make excuses but I just didn't do it. Get back over 1300 total. 2014 though is already starting out good and just hope to stay that way the entire year.

Failed! I made weight but messed up my knee on my second squat attempt at the meet. Took a while to recover only to fracture my hand in September. Couldn't do anything until October when I started back up and aggravated the meniscus injury in my left knee. Progress has been essentially backwards since my '2013 Goals' post... I seem to be injury-free for now and training hasn't aggravated anything in a bit so hopefully 2014 will be better.

Middle of the year:
Now:
365 paused bench - check
500 squat - nope, still recovering from torn groin
600 deadlift - nope, still recovering from bulged disk
1300 total in march meet - nope hit like 1245
1400 total by end of year - nope
lose 5-10lbs - yep, did do that
do more GPP - lollllllll no
keep up on mobility + physio work - kinda sorta, but half-assed
in conclusion, 2.5/8 goals achieved. Fuk this year. Running Smolov ruined my life.... fuk you smolov.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Injured 80% of the year, wasn't able to compete. Still not 100%.
500/405/600 @ 259
- Gym Lifts despite working around injuries most of the time
455x4 Squat in May
350x5 Paused bench in August
620x4 Deadlift in August
All done at mid 240's bodyweight
Stop injuring myself
Missed significant time from pec, groin, quad and bicep injuries. Switching up to the cube from Intermediate programs and only doing each lift once a week will hopefully help next year.

Squat - Nope, Failed 495 once and tore my hamstring soon after
Bench - hasn't moved in 2.5 years...
Deadlift: Nope, hamstring got me, though at the end of smolov i felt like I could have been close
Meet - Competed in first meet! Didn't get 1400, but was happy with performance
Abs - less than before
dunk - played bball maybe once or twice
Promoted - nope
International proj. - yes, but i said no
Unsuccessful year was unsuccessfulGet Big or Die Training - Only the Strong Survive
