    My simple 1 goal of 2013 didn't happen. I could make excuses but I just didn't do it. Get back over 1300 total. 2014 though is already starting out good and just hope to stay that way the entire year.

    1355, then 1377, missing a deadlift that would have made 1405. It was there, but it didn't all come together this year. Rather than say, "I failed!" and go die, I will make it my goal for next year.
    Best competition lifts at 148: 512 squat (no wraps) / 347 bench / 622 deadlift. 1482 total. Former all-time world-record holder (no wraps).
    Best competition lifts at 165: 584 squat (wraps) / 380 bench / 639 deadlift. 1603 total. Top-20 all-time.

    Year End Goals: Take time after the meet to fix my chronic jumper's knee (and other busted stuff) and then work my way back up.
    Failed! I made weight but messed up my knee on my second squat attempt at the meet. Took a while to recover only to fracture my hand in September. Couldn't do anything until October when I started back up and aggravated the meniscus injury in my left knee. Progress has been essentially backwards since my '2013 Goals' post... I seem to be injury-free for now and training hasn't aggravated anything in a bit so hopefully 2014 will be better.

    Missed significant time from pec, groin, quad and bicep injuries. Switching up to the cube from Intermediate programs and only doing each lift once a week will hopefully help next year.

    I had just barely started lifting at the start of 2013 and had no plans to compete. But around mid-year I was thinking I wanted 200/115/300. Currently 185/115/265. Some room for a possible squat/dl PR in the next couple weeks, though probably won't make up the difference.
