Want to do this staying well under 242...currently I'm about 220.
I just finished my first round of Madcows and ended @ 355x3 / 220x3 / 375x3. Started round 2 of Madcows this AM.

I'll just carry over last year's goals into this year's..
2013 Goals:
650 squat in wraps, 600 squat in sleeves
475 competition bench
550 deadlift
I got a super cheater 475 gym bench, but not even close in competition. I guess I made the goal where I stayed under 275, I actually lost about 15 pounds and maintained/slightly gained strength, so it wasn't all lost.

Has a serious side
I just wanna make as many friends on the internet as I can. Also, I would like to get stronger and better at lifting weights. I'll compete at least once and I would like to add at least 10% to my first Meet total.

My goal is to total 1400 at 220/242.
Maybe something like 550/300/600. Current meet bests are 475/275/500.
But first I'm going to figure out how not to suck at benching.

Sheiko-ing things up
Can't remember my 2012 goals but I think I achieved
2013 goals:
Bench: 60kg (+15kg)
Squat: 90lg (+10kg)
DL: 3 Plate... 170kg (+55kg!). If I get that that would be amazing. More realistically I think I'll be aiming for 3x20kg plates so 140kg (+25kg)

Ogre in training
2012 I wanted to compete in my first meet and total 1500.
I did compete twice. 1st meet 1350, 2nd was 1425.
It looks like ill be 2 months late on hitting 1500. I have a meet Feb 2nd where I'm confident ill hit it.
Goals for 2013-
1655 @ 275.
There should be 3 meets in my area that ill do in 2013, feb, may and then late sept. Maybe I can hit that in the Sept meet.

Get some bench records and compete in another full meet, also do another strongman comp.

One of two things depending on how the year goes.
Option (a) Attempt to break AWPC Raw SHW Open record, currently 1813lbs
Option (b) Get below 308lbs
Leaning toward option b, maybe option (a) [shw or 308] in 2014.

Aspiring Forklift
Goals for this year from the old thread were 525/335/600. Didn't quite get there. That's what I get for dicking around with the oly lifts and program hopping. I've been going to physical therapy the last few months for my hips, thoracic spine, and shoulders and I'm just now getting back into heavy lifting again. Right now my best lifts are 475/310/551, I'll be finishing physical therapy in a few months, and my 2013 goals are the same as last year's.

Moment Of Clarity
495 DL by Sunday Jan 13, 2012. That's a 50lb increase but I'm ready to put in the hard work.
An ad hominem (Latin for "to the man" or "to the person"), short for argumentum ad hominem, is an argument made personally against an opponent instead of against their argument. Ad hominem reasoning is normally described as an informal fallacy, more precisely an irrelevance.

in the first quarter, 495/405/495. Then get down to 10%-12% bf and do it again, and hopefully still have time for 545/455/545.

You're also going to have to devote significant amounts of time to building the time machine to accomplish this.
