Why the phuck do people care who is natty and who isnt? Why does it matter? Yes most people who succeed greatly in bodybuilding take drugs. Yes that ripped 17 year old kid who is 250 lbs and 6 percent BF benching 405 at your gym most likely takes drugs as well. Get over it. Focus on your own damn goals and your own damn body.
One other thing. People post these threads all the time - "16 year old 5 foot 10 165 lbs bodybuilder ALL NATURAL". Boy you really needed to throw all natural in there, didnt you? Yeah, because we are going to automatically assume a somewhat skinny 16 year old at 9 percent bf must be taking drugs to get those results. But you labeled yourself as a bodybuilder, which means you have to clarify that you dont take drugs, right?

Last paragraph made me lul, it's probably because anyone that has a decent amount of muscularity tends to hear steroid comments all the time in everyday life. Be it a joke or not it sticks with them to an extent so they make threads like that. Just my two cents, I used to be the fat kid now I'm into powerlifting so not so big myself but my friend that is an inch shorter an like 20 pounds less then me and he hears steroid comments all the time and he's tiny lol albeit more muscular looking.

A year and a half ago I was ridiculously lean, like 6 percent, but I was 140 lbs and had the worlds stupidest training, and people would say I was on drugs ALL THE TIME. Now I'm 50 lbs more and probably around 9 percent and the comments have only escalated. People are stupid.

I tend to get annoyed by people who dont compete calling themselves bodybuilders, especially people who are under 200 lbs. I have bodybuilding goals and train for hypertrophy usually, and I consider myself to partake in a bodybuilding lifestyle, but it would be hard to label my ass as a "bodybuilder." never set foot on a stage in my life, and in the end, thats where the sport of bodybuilding is supposed to end up.

OP- Agreed, Fuarking annoying. Why do people care if someone else is natty or not? They still put it in the time and effort. Sometimes more than natural BB'ers do.
Hot body
Also, I dissagree. You have to be huge, Have years of dedication, and major balls to step onto the stage. Anyone can join a football team and be labeld a football player.
To me, bodybuilding is a lifestyle that allows you to achieve top fitness, lose weight, and get into any sort of shape that you want to. Competing is only a miniscule part of bodybuilding.
So in my opinion, anyone that lifts weights, performs cardiovascular exercise, and follows a proper bodybuilding diet day in and day out for a lifetime is a bodybuilder because they are using bodybuilding in order to achieve a specific fitness goal. Some of us eventually decide to step on stage while most people don’t; but regardless, anyone who follows the lifestyle is a bodybuilder in my book.
Take someone who is Huge, Has been lifting for 15+ years and is in training to be the next mr. olympia. He hasn't stepped on a stage yet but maybe he's gone to some comps and knows everything he needs to know. Does that not make him a bodybuilder?Last edited by D1Z; 12-09-2012 at 09:20 PM.

If your juicing then its totally fine. The only problem I have with steroids is when its used in professional sports because there was once a time where the men who played these sports did not need all these drugs to make them better athletes. If your a bodybuilder or a power lifter then juice.....who cares?

but bodybuilding and powerlifting is a sport so there is where you are wrong.
It depends on your goals. If you just wanna get big for show and what not.. not necessarily compete... it's your choice.
It's anyones choice to do this and that, but when it comes to morality.... if everyone was on an even ground..... like in a professional sport... then everyone should be even and work with what they have.
Simple as that.
i am in no way endorsing the use of pro hormones or steroids.NGU
