    I train for strength, that's the difference. Saying you don't care about your maxes is just an excuse when you are weak???
    Currently doing Wendler's 5/3/1

    Deadlift- 525

    you think kai greene cares about his maxes? i can guarantee the answer to that question is no. yet kai greene is about 10x stronger than you, and uses perfect form. With that being said, being weak =/= not caring about your maxes.

    not caring about your maxes means you are a bodybuilder, not a weightlifer lulz.

    proper weightlifters use proper form. just like proper bodybuilders use proper form. I would suggest using these ideas in your next workout before you hurt yourself. A bench press like that will seriously fuk ur shoulders up sooner or later (100% srs)

    Nah not yet. Gotta work on my squat for a bit before I do. I wanna be able to deadlift 600 raw and squat a legit 525 or so. I do plan on it within a year though!I think it would be awesome
