I decided to start the "no meal" diet i read about in MuscleMag about a year ago. Instead of eating 6 good size meals i eat 10-12 small meals throughout the day. 5 of my meals are tuna on whole wheat, 3-4 are 30g protein shakes, and 2-3 are protein bars, pb, or yogurt. Ive been doin it for about a week and i feel leaner, has anyone tried this diet? How r the results?
