Hey guys, Just counted my calories from yesterday and in total I had like 15 beers and 5000 calories worth of food!
Macros ended up like total
6,888 carbs 518 fats 181 protein 432.
thats almost 5k+ over calories
Im not sure how legit the carbs are in beer but I woke up today pretty purky, I was watching UFC with a buddy and went crazy on the beers and food.
whats the best way to respond to this? just get back on track lower the intake a couple hundred until the weight starts falling again?
stats: 95kg 186cm like 25%ish bf.
macros like 2200 to 2600.

Just get back on track. I went nuts last night with a cheat meal (tons of pizza, wings and cookies) I'm just back on track today, business as usual with the usual macros. See where you are in a day or two. I am hitting the gym in a little bit to do some cardio. I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning and see where I stand. Everybody reacts differently.Nothing is impossible if you think it is possible.

It happens, just don't let a habit form. During my loss of about 200 lbs I probably had one to two dozen 5000+ calorie days. They helped me psychologically and just re-motivated me the next day. 5000 calories isn't going to make you fat just like fasting for 24 hours isn't going to make you thin. It's all about the long term consistency. I wouldn't do this more than once per month, preferably no more than every other month.

How do you drink 15 beers? At most I have 4-6 beers and there usually a coors light or corona light. Sad thing is when I was dieting i was always buzzed after 2-3 drinks, smashed with only like 2-3 mix drinks. It isn't such a bad thing since you spend less, have fun still, and save cals. Plus i felt going to bar/club, dancing, and staying out for 4+ hours burned more than the alcohol and is always fun and worth it each weekend. On the other hand I feel like staying home and watching football or a fight is worse than going out. Avoid it, because your just eating junk and drinking tons of beer sitting instead of being active for hours.
Skip the junk next time you would of lost 1 pound instead. If anything save your cals for the fight and don't drink soo much.
