My breakfast is usually very bad, trying to get some ideas on what to eat. Usually I have a Fiber One bar with water, and some days I may eat Wheat Bagels with Organic Greek Yogurt.
So what are you usually eating for breakfast?

It varies depending on what I'm hungry for. My standard go-to is scrambled or poached eggs, bacon, grits and/or toast, and milk.
Lately, I've been liking French Toast with real maple syrup, bacon,, and a glass of milk.
Sometimes I'm just not hungry, so I don't eat breakfast at all.No brain, no gain.

2 slices of turkey breast with cheese and a slice of split top wheat bread, 6 oz of greek yogurt, quest bar. Don't have breakfast til 2 pm though =]

- Bowl of chocolate proats
- 3-4 eggs
- PB&J toast
