    Endos advice needed

    ei fellow endos, i started working out 5 months ago i went down from 25% bodyfat to 13%(yea i jump right to cutting when i started lifting)
    now i decided to bulk now i wanna ask you how much surplus you do to prevent gaining too much fat cuz our genetic loves fat yea?
    right now i only added 100 surplus im really afraid of getting fat again.cheers
