Misinterpretation of the Mesoamerican Long Count calendar is the basis for a popular belief that a cataclysm will take place on December 21, 2012. December 21, 2012 is simply the day that the calendar will go to the next b'ak'tun, at Long Count 18.104.22.168.0. The date on which the calendar will go to the next piktun (a complete series of 20 b'ak'tuns), at Long Count 22.214.171.124.0.0, will be on October 13, 4772.
I, for one, am relieved. If the world ended, no one would buy my books, or read my witty responses to silly questions, or wonder about how many angels dance on the edge of a pin.
(P.S. The answer is not tree-fiddy).

Do the farmers walks, best thing you will do for yourself.
currently at one mile twice a week with a single 45lb plate(with grips)
1 set is 1 lap each of suit case carry right, then left., chest high carry(both hands) then a two handed waiter walk.
4 laps = 1/4 mile x 4 sets
Yes, because all of the other "end of the world" predictions turned out to be so accurate.
There will come a day when I tire of listening to 80's music. That day is not today.
