Hey guys,
Wondering if this is what you would consider decent progress for 3 months. I've lost a fair bit of weight on the scale (from 86.5kg - 79.1kg), but I feel like its not really coming out visually? I seem to store most of my fat on my lower chest around/under pecs (not gyno, pretty sure), on lower abdomen and butt, if that helps predicting bodyfat (obviously not going to upload a picture of my ass)
Before - both relaxed and flexed - no difference
Currently - flexed
Relaxed
