Hey,so yeah im a total beginner(AGE:19 WEIGHT:156 HEIGHT 5'10 SKINNY DUDE) and im not certain if ill be able to get a gym membership. I'm wondering what excerises I can do to get in shape and maybe gain a little muscle , I do have home gym equipment : a total gym, 25lb kettlebell, stability ball, medicine ball and resistance band and a treadmill. Im really trying to workout some kind of daily plan so it will be more likely for me to become dedicated. I WANT TO SEE RESULTS. Hopefully, ill get a gym membership, but until then id prefer to proceeds anyways.. help and comments please.

Eat lots of food and do calisthenics at the park (pushups, pullups, dips, leg raises, etc).
Running/walking/biking to and back counts as cardio, there ya go.

Actually I posted instructions somewhere in the Simple beginner routine thread (the first one) for doing this routine on a Total Gym and it is probably the best you can do with what you have.[]---[] Equipment Crew Member No. 11
