Thanks BSG and I get what you are saying. I just feel like I need to re-set and start again. It was my first go at a bulk and I definitely had some periods when I are well in excess of my cals. I gained too much fat so I've learn my lesson in that regard. I am already in my fat jeans... don't plan to buy bigger ones at this stage!! I don't have any specific timelines so I figure there is no reason not to cut now and then go on a longer, more controlled, bulk later.![]()

It doesn't seem to be a bad cold so I'm going to keep training and just make sure that I go to bed early. I'm not sure what has aggravated my shoulder. The only thing I can think of is using heavier weights for skull crushers. I've finally been feeling a burn in my triceps but if it's at the expense of my shoulder that's not so good. I swapped my exercises around today. Flat bench seemed to be affected, incline was good though.
