    new season, new goals, possible?

well im 15 and a sophomore, i play O-line(all positions) at my high school, just finished my second year playing varsity and our season just ended after making it to the 8a state semifinals. now that the season is over, preparation for the 2013 season starts now, heres my lifts and stats from the 2011 season, befor the start of this season and my goals, my main question is are these goals attainable between now and august?

    weight-180/242/260-265
    bench-165/245/315 & 225 7+ reps
    squat-255/335/425 & 315 7+ reps
    powerclean-155/205/235
    40 yd-5.86/5.41/5.0
    agility shuttle-5.4/5.1/4.8

so are these goals realistic? and is my progress sufficient so far?

I'd say squat, clean, and the speed work will be very possible. Bench will be tough, but possible. Just get your sleep man and eat. If you lift heavy and work on your sprints, your speed will get there. I would say that you will have to bench 225 about 12 times to get 315 though. Just work your butt off bruh
    Currently doing Wendler's 5/3/1

    Squat- 515

    Bench- 335

    Deadlift- 525

    Overhead Press- 215

    Jesus is my savior.

Height is your body's decision and you can't do anything to help improve that.
If you are trying to go from 242 lbs to 260 lbs in weight by next year I'm just going to let you know that 18 lbs of lean mass is highly unlikely (12 is more realistic if you work your ass off).
If your max on bench is 245 right now I'm going to let you know that it will take a bit of time to get to 315 max, especially if you are only 15.
Going up 90 lbs on your squat can be done, however as goes with bench it is going to be very difficult.
    Powerclean maybe.
If you're trying to gain those 18-23 lbs chances are your 40 time will not drop very much, especially 4 tenths of a second and 3 tenths of a second in the agility shuttle.

    Maxs:
Barbell Bench Press - 295 lbs
    Squat - 455 lbs
    Deadlift - 425 lbs
    Hang Clean - 270 lbs

yea i get you, the odd thing though is i gained 60 pounds in the off season but all of my agility stats went up (vert.,40,agiliti shuttle) so im going to keep working and hopefully ill reach it, as im a lineman though im more concerned about my strength than 40 though.

bench and squat goals are a bit odd. If you can max 425 squat it'll prob be a lot more 315 reps, and same with 315 bench and 225 reps. I'm zoning in on my 315 bench and I already get 10, may be near 12 when fresh
