I'm just looking for your opinion; I am not trying to make a point or trap anybody in an argument. I don't need some statistic from some random blog about the number of stories blah blah blah. I watch more Fox News, listen to more talk radio from Fox (KLBJ 590 AM Austin), and visit Fox's website than any other news organisation. I also get my fill of MSNBC on the weekends when I'm at home, but to compare it's probably 75% Fox 25% MSNBC.
On MSNBC I heard them praising John Boehner for trying to get the GOP to rally around him and removing positions on committees etc. I also hear MSNBC speak highly about other GOPers when they make sense. MSNBC tends to also over exaggerate small issues and be sarcastic with bad acting.
On FOX, I rarely ever hear a nice word about any Democrat; the majority of it is fearmongering. FOX tends to have more real news that is important to overall issues, the website tends to be much less biased than the tv or radio. Talk Radio though is scum, I listen to it every morning for the lulz. Mark, Ed and Sgt. Sam in the morning and Neal Boortz at night. Sometimes Rush if I drive midday.
My Consensus:
MSNBC feels as if Republicans are people...just dumber. MSNBC stories more fluff than actual stories.
FOX feels as if Democrats are the anti-christ. FOX stories are usually real but go out of their way to fear monger or insult Democrats.
I feel FOX is more biased but has better stories. MSNBC are more reasonable but stories suck. I like FOX better because I can see through the bs.

You are right about Fox loading up the panels...it's hilarious how they gang up on liberals; gotta get the KY ready just to go on air.
I think it's pretty known:
MSNBC -> Ultra Liberal
CNN -> Acts unbiased but leans slightly liberal
FOX -> Ultra Conservative
It's more fun to do the extremes.Back on that injury recovery time:

News-wise I'd say Fox gives a better presentation of non-bias as they tend to have a wider web.
News-wise for MSNBC I think they avoid so many stories it presents some serious bias even to their factual wing.
Pundit wise they're all so biased to their particular political ideologies it is too irritating to watch them 95% of the time.

Compare bias on Fox and Friends vs. bias on Morning Joe. Fox and Friends 10x more biased.

I think it really depends on the show, but generally speaking I would say that MSNBC is at least less disingenuous. Fox makes a habit of deliberately distorting liberals' position or saying things that are factually incorrect, while MSNBC tends to just ignores conservatives' position or any stories that reflect poorly on democrats.

If Fox got rid of Hannity it would up their credibility ten fold. He literally runs a propaganda show. The dude is such a hypocritical chode. Fox's non opinionated shows aren't too biased, but still through a conservative lens. It's how they frame the question. The question will be "Is Obama an ass?" and will bring on a conservative and liberal to argue the topic and they see that as fair since a member of each ideology is debating the question, even though the topic is biased as they would never ask "Is John Boehner an ass?" and bring on the same two people. Shepard Smith is a straight up boss though, I think he actually might lean a little liberal, or maybe he is a libertarian it's hard to judge since he doesn't do an opinion show. I enjoy Stossel and even though it is an opinion show he is very fair to all his guests and usually gives the counter arguments against what he believes to display both sides.

They are both equally biased . It is bassically this
Fox - "The left hate America and want the terrorists to win "
MSNBC - "Everything is Bush's fault"Al Bundy is my hero crew .
Every morning when I wake up I know it's not going to get any better until I go back to sleep again .
I must be dead , I speak and no one listens.

Put another way...Fox News IS the GOP. It is the fundamental block of the Republican Party. Conservatism is dead, regardless of what you think of it. It's just a money grab of Republicanism, and its all connected via fox news.
If MSNBC went away the Democratic Party wouldn't change a bit. If Foxnews went away the Republican Party would be in shambles.
