1 year transformation

Hi guys, just would like to share my 1 year transformation with all of ya. I started out at 238lbs and 37% body fat. I'am now 184lbs and 15% body fat. I started the whole transformation when my son was born. I was out of shape and had health issues from being over weight. I wanted my son to have a healthy dad growing up. So i made a new year resolution to get fit and eat healthy. Well its been a year now and I have stuck with it. Its now become a lifestyle to me. I'm in the best shape of my life and loving every minute of it. My goal is to get to 10% body fat.

Thanks man. The 15% body fat is a guess. I got my pinch test done 3 months ago and i was 18.9% so I'm going to guess I am around 15%

I'm 5"8.. Not to mention i did all this with out using any supplements. Good job on your goals too.

sick progress man.. wish I had realized how important diet was when I started out last May and maybe I'd have a transformation even halfway as impressive. Great job. Have you gone on another bulking cycle since this cut?

I'm trying to do the impossible with out any supplements. Bulk and cut at the same time.. Could be the reason why after a year I'm not down to 10% body fat, that or I'm being pretty hard on my self.. I was doing the process in stages. First 3 months was extreme strict diet, weighting training 4x week and cardio 3x week. i believe i lost like 40lbs in those 3 months. Then i did just running for 3 months and no weights. lost another 10lbs. Biggest mistake I made. I lost a lot of muscle running 30 miles a week. Next 3 months i cut out all bread and cheese and was lifting 3x a week lost 8lbs. Now I just started my new 12 week strength program. Training each muscle group twice a week. 6 days on 1 day off. Iv been losing 6% body fat every 3 months.

GREAT JOB OP! you are looking solid at 15%, you'd be a beast at 10%
