im having trouble sleeping maybe due to exams or other ordinary stresses of life and feel like it is impacting my muscle devlopment.
what do you thing the best sleep aid is? and how have been your experiences with it?
for example lights out, shut-eye, etc.

SHUT•EYE is definitely a good choice for inducing muscle sleep!

Poseidon Night Time is one of the best things I've had in regards to sleep. The Georgia Peach is fantastic.
This is from a long time ago, but there was a fantastic review regarding it, where someone used an app to track sleeping patterns/quality before and after using Poseidon. The results were fantastic.

doesnt help...i even had "assistance" for the last couple nights thinking maybe a lil workout before bed might do the trick but still couldnt fall asleep in a timely fashion and i woke up throughout the night
im going to see if i can find lights out at the various stores around me hopefully they carry iforce______________________________________________
