Best sleep aid?

im having trouble sleeping maybe due to exams or other ordinary stresses of life and feel like it is impacting my muscle devlopment.

what do you thing the best sleep aid is? and how have been your experiences with it?
for example lights out, shut-eye, etc.

ZMA for increased quality of sleep, and Melatonin to help fall asleep. Maybe look into GABA to help fall asleep too, or rotate between Melatonin and GABA. Way cheaper than spending $30-40/month of those HGH supps. :/

I did the Lights Out + Intimidate stack last month...you are correct, its one filthy sleep stack...

Certainly not a "knock you out" type sleep aid, but the quality of sleep dramatically improves for me.

Poseidon Night Time is one of the best things I've had in regards to sleep. The Georgia Peach is fantastic.

This is from a long time ago, but there was a fantastic review regarding it, where someone used an app to track sleeping patterns/quality before and after using Poseidon. The results were fantastic.

doesnt help...i even had "assistance" for the last couple nights thinking maybe a lil workout before bed might do the trick but still couldnt fall asleep in a timely fashion and i woke up throughout the night

Makes sense. Elevated cortisol levels prior to bed can cause sleep-onset insomnia in some.

Ergogenix is about to release a new twist on ZMA with an added 3mg dose of melatonin. Stacking that with our ergobolic would be a solid sleep stack.
