After you reach a sufficient level then it's going to pretty individual if you see benefits from raising them more. Some people like the satiety of a high fat diet while others can't fill up on fats. Likewise, some people's energy levels are best on higher fats and some people's aren't so you should play around with you diet and macros and see what works best for you after you reach a sufficient level.Like success, failure is many things to many people.
