So first I want to say thanks to NC_Tarheel for hooking me up some Amino AMMO. Im excited to try this BCAA product the profile Looks amazing. I have tried a few of BBS products and I enjoyed them so Im sure I will not be let down by Amino AMMO.
Flavor Watermelon- Smells amazing and Its really good with 8oz of water. Anything more the flavor gets watered down and its not as good. Maybe Ill do 2 scoops intra we will see.
Dosing 2 scoops 1 before and 1 during.
About Me:
-Im 6ft 188# and Ill be running 5/3/1 on everything but legs and Deads.
-With deads it will be 315x3 and then heavy singles after.
-Legs with the Squats Ill be doing around 135. Due to my knee surgery.
-Im on a bulk currently eating 3250 calories

Thanks Fit! I mean im going for 200 its just that I want to go slow. So the 5# gain this week wasnt good. I want 2-3 I know im complaining about 5# but Last time I bulked it was horrible more fat than muscle. Thats why its so slow

Start with the smell. I smell it every time I open it up it smells amazing.
Taste- I go ahead and mix it with 8oz of water for my Pre and it tastes just like watermelon. I go and do about 16oz for intra just so it lasts longer. The taste it still there but not as strong obviously. I would like to see the flavor alot stronger but that would mean a bigger scoop so I understand so its not a huge deal. As always I would rather have the effects over the flavor. Still sitting at 9/10
Mixing is great its like any other BCAAs they all are very hard to mix. Though its on the top of mxing. There is very few specks floating around. I dont really notice them. Im so accustomed to shaking the bottle anyway so there is not a big problem. gets another 9/10My “training log”

Don't worry about the deadlift Raigs --- you know that so much of how that lift goes on the day is a mental thing. Play some Dolly Parton like Danny does
