Thanks for the concern guys. Its feeling ok about to go test it out with some deads. I used some tiger balm yesterday that seemed to help take away the pain. Today its pretty much pain free.
Swoosh yes I would love some soup use up some of those veggies from your garden

-These recent workouts are blah I need to turn it up.
-On the DL fail I felt good and tight but I got the bar to knee level and my knee started shaking. No pain but I didnt want it to get worse and something happen. usually It shakes a little once I get past my knee Im fine. Its like a 3 inch area where it wobbles. I need to speed it up through there.
-Hemavol note IDK not much to mention nothing spectacular. Just used it because its a new product. I will use Amino Ammo until its empty then run Hemavol
-Oh did Yoga yesterday felt pretty good. If anyone knows any good youtube yoga videos post them in here please!
