    I know that DL feeling. Probably tried to hit a 500lb DL 5 times and failed before I de-loaded and took a week off. Came back after and hit it for 2 (lol wut?). Sometimes our pride just gets the best of us.

    Anyone in here with bowl teams today? NIU getting outplayed at half.

    Solid leg work. Nice job taking it easy with the knee. I know sometimes I tend to over do it when my knee or shoulder has bothered me and I've probably paid for it.

    And no point in pushing the knee too hard - you've got plenty of time to build up those numbers. Going to that depth and with that control will build muscle anyway and I'm sure you'll have DOMS tomorrow

    Thaks Fit! Feeling good today. Knee was a little tight but nothing some light stretching and foam rolling couldnt fix.

    ive never tried hemavol but have tried similiar
