Awesome job on that 245 PR --- your benching has come a long way in the last 6 months
That was a loss of volume and you did well to get those 225s and the declines afterward . 225 is your b!tch now
With my knee I do get random days when it aches, sometimes for no special reason, others when I've landed heavily on a step, twisted on it etc. Generally on leg training days it doesn't hurt too much"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Nice deload sesh Raigs --- I feel the same about deads after pushing for regular 1RMs. I love doing them but going for gold all the time is taxing. You've done really well in the last 6 months to add good quality muscle and 190lbs and still looking lean is a good weight, especially since you have had to take it easy with your knee
